1. When could I get the quotation?

Our working time is 7:30 - 11:30am, 13:30 - 17:30 pm from Monday to Friday. The email will be replied within 24 hours.


2. How many details should I give you for what I want?

We need the material, quantity, size, colors and other special requirements.


3. Do you have a factory?

We are a factory, can produce all kinds of wooden crafts, home decorations and furniture.


4. Can I get a sample from you?

After the product's details are confirmed, you can ask for samples. Normally, small quantity of samples are free. Even if we charged for large number of samples. it will be fully returned for you after order placed.


5. What's the lead time for the normal products?

About 35- 40 days for full container qty.


6. What's the payment term?

30% deposit, and 70% balance payment against copy of bill of loading. We accept T/T, Trade Assurance, MoneyGram, etc.
